New year, new Clozd Platform features

We’re excited to announce a handful of powerful new features in the Clozd Platform.

“In 2024, we released several major product features, including Flex Interviews, Smart Tags, Workflows, and Ask Clozd,” said Sam Woodbury, head of product strategy at Clozd. “While these large milestones are exciting, we know it's important to continuously improve existing functionality in the Clozd Platform to deliver a premium experience for our users. In December, our team released several new features that will help our clients collect more feedback from their customers and more easily extract valuable insights from the feedback collected.

These new enhancements fall into three distinct buckets:

Improvements to our reporting and dashboards to make it easier to uncover the most critical insights for your company

Decision Driver dollar attribution: See which Decision Drivers are making (or losing) the most money for your business.

AI summary of Decision Driver quotes: Read a summary of all quotes for a given Decision Driver. Summaries are dynamic and reflect quotes that match your current filters.

See quotes in context: In a published interview, users can click to see where a quote came from in the interview transcript.

Improvements to email sequence functionality to drive better participation rates

Rich text editor: Emails in sequences can now have text formatting (bold, italics, underline, text color) and numbered or bulleted lists. This will help you drive higher engagement with your email sequences.

Threading in sequences: Follow-up emails in an outreach sequence can now be organized into a single thread with previous emails, which increases the perceived legitimacy of Clozd feedback requests.

Improvements to the publishing process to allow you to customize your program to your needs

Custom summary prompts: Admins can create a custom summary prompt that will be used to generate automatic summaries for each interview in a program.

Silent publishing: Admins can publish individual interviews without sending a notification.

“We love customer feedback and ideas for improvements to the product,” said Jonathan Barlow, product manager at Clozd. “While we can't build every request we get, we prioritize things that will benefit the greatest number of our clients and align with our strategic roadmap. Nothing feels better than shipping a new feature and hearing how it saves a customer a bunch of time or solves a problem they were facing.”
